Homemade Swedish Chokladbollar - adapted to use Oatibix instead of oats
Ingredients - cocoa powder, caster sugar, cold coffee, dessicated coconut, oatibix, water.
Crush the oatibix into fine crumbs and mix in the caster sugar, coffee, water, and the cocoa powder. Mix in the butter until the mixture forms a kind of dough that can be shaped into small balls. Roll the balls of chocolate mixture in dessicated coconut and chill in the fridge until set.
